AMEYALLI
BY SARAHI MADRIGAL
Ameyalli, meaning “spring” or “fountain” in Nahuatl, represents the essence of renewal, flow, and deep nourishment—just like the healing practices I offer. Rooted in my Mexican heritage, this name is a tribute to the wisdom of my ancestors, who understood the power of nature, energy, and intentional living. Ameyalli is more than a wellness space; it is a bridge between ancient traditions and modern healing, inspired by the belief that true well-being comes from aligning mind, body, and spirit. Through meditation, breathwork, and Reiki, I invite you to tap into your own inner spring—your source of balance, vitality, and transformation.
ABOUT ME…
I am Sarahi Madrigal, a mother of three, educator, artist, and wellness practitioner dedicated to guiding others toward healing, self-discovery, and connection. Rooted in my Mexican heritage, I have always been drawn to the wisdom of nature, mindfulness, self reflection and the power of community in healing.
My journey began in my teen years, when I began participating in spiritual retreats at age 14. Then encountered the power of meditation and mantra chanting around age 17. These experiences marked my journey and interest in meditative practices.
Later, my journey has a mother took me to Montessori Education, and I became a Primary Guide. I nurtured children’s growth with patience and mindfulness. While I loved teaching, I felt a deeper calling—to explore spiritual healing and self-care beyond the classroom. Through my own experiences with stress and transformation, I found solace in meditation, breathwork, and Reiki energy healing, which became the foundation of my wellness practice.
Inspired by my personal healing and ancestral roots, I founded Ameyalli—a space for restoration, balance, and self-discovery. Meaning “spring” or “fountain” in Nahuatl, Ameyalli represents renewal and the deep well of energy within us all. But healing does not happen in isolation—it thrives in community. My mission is to create a space where we uplift one another, offering support, connection, and shared growth.
I am currently training to become a certified yoga teacher, deepening my understanding of movement and mindfulness. In addition, I am taking specialized workshops in somatic healing, trauma-informed yoga, chair yoga, and yoga for children and teens. My focus is on making these practices accessible to those who need them most, and I look forward to sharing them with the community in the coming months.
